Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Berkeley-Process ASM121-A-0/B-22-NB/10 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sixnet products, including obsoleted and phased-out Umbra-Biesse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bihl-Wiedemann product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sixnet such as the BT6821BM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PNUCVRS1894PN0815A0171 manufactured by Umbra-Biesse and we are pleased to be able to service most Umbra-Biesse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 15864 by Manufacturer Bihl-Wiedemann as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Blsuper Brand P50B0501DXK00E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bk-Precision such as 1249BNTSC equipment made by Bk-Precision have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bk-Precision products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bk-Precision" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PR5007P made by Bihler as well as the popular KCNT18PS013KLPS12 original spares produced by Bernstein

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3160180G by Bodine and 1249BNTSC spares by Bk-Precision are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4102406E3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Binder.
